The transport of your parcel

Parcel are generally sent in 48 hours after reception of your payment. The standard method of dispatch is Point-Relay followed, handed against signature. Whatever is the chosen method of dispatch, we shall supply you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow on-line the delivery of your parcel.

The shipment charges include the packaging, the handling and mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or according to the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a unique order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products. Parcel are oversized and protected according to their level of risk. Our carriers are selected according to the fragility of transported articles. We advise you however to emit always a "reserve before unpacking" on the slips of transport.

Rattan and Wicker offers you the return of your products. It is advisable to make the demand of slip via the customer service, which will pass on to you the dispatch note and the proof of deposit to be made sign by the carrier (Point-Relay or other one). After reception and control of your article, we pay off to you your order under 7 days (further times depend on your banking institution).
